Our team

Our team is active both regionally and internationally. In international projects in particular, we work with modern information and conference systems, often without ever having seen the construction site. This saves travelling and improves the carbon footprint.

After completing a voluntary social year at a forest kindergarten, Johann joined Polycon in September 2024. At the end of 2025, he decided to combine his work at the company with further qualifications. In fall 2026, he will begin a dual degree program in environmental technology in Bremen, which he will complete alongside his work at Polycon and which will be closely linked to his practical work at the company.
